"CALL AND ASK FOR CONNOR!! I am EXTREMELY happy that I went to State Farm before my insurance renewal. I was originally a costumer to Pr*gressive and I was paying a substantial amount. They had told me it was because of an at fault accident during a specific time frame, which I told them was a car break in I went through. They told me it showed "At Fault" and the price would not change. So I retrieved a Lexis Nexis report and saw that they were wrong and that it was a "not at fault" reporting so they were incorrect. It's troubling when the people in charge of your insurance don't even know what they're looking at when giving quotes. I am also transgender and when I spoke with Pr*gressive agent and told her I may want to terminate my contract with them she kept calling me by the wrong name and pronoun on purpose even when I asked her to stop. I had technically called to inquire about a renewal offer to see my new potential rate and the company I was with congratulated me on earning silver status then followed up by saying my monthly rate was going up by $40 a month. They charged me more even though I was a loyal customer. That was the last straw. I decided to call around and Connor Boyle is the absolute best!! He compared my rates and looked into my current situation and got me the same exact coverage for literally HALF of what I was paying. He also called me by my preferred name and pronouns! He kept up with a regular call during the transition of coverage and offered me discounts by combining certain benefits like Home and Auto. Now I am looking into doing everything through State Farm because of Connor. I am such a happy new customer."
