After he took the time to explain the policy and the ins and outs of coverage, I signed up for coverage through his agency. I'm a first-time renter, and appreciated his thoroughness and patience explaining how the policy would work and my options for coverage. He also followed up a few weeks later to see how the policy was working out and to see about car insurance.
